Westheimer Lakes is a full facility community with something for all residents. Facility are located throughout the community and many are secured with resident biometric readers.

Community Amenities — SplashPad, North, and Canyon Gate

The community welcome centers are the main business offices for the community and are staffed five days per week by friendly and knowledgeable Crest Management staff members. New and current residents can register for amenities, register for gate access, review personal accounts, review governing documents or simply get information about our community. All our governing documents, communications and individual accounts can also also be reviewed on the community website app.

The Welcome Centers are open from Monday to Saturday depending on location.

Splashpad Texas — Canyon Fields Drive

Splashpad Texas is a 5,000 square feet water play park for kids of all ages. The splashpad has a fully rubberized surface for safety and includes popular features like water loops, jets and showers. The splash pad can be started by activating the timer located on the Welcome Center wall. The splashpad is surrounded by cabanas that are available on a first-come first-served basis unless booked in advance at the welcome center.

Splashpad Texas is open year-round from Tuesday to Saturday depending on weather. Residents must register to access Splashpad Texas through the biometric scanner.

Junior Olympic Pool — Canyon Fields Drive and Westheimer Lakes North Drive

The community has two 75-yard junior Olympic pools ranging from 3-feet to 4.5 feet in depth. The North pool is served by a team of lifeguards and opens early for lane swimming during the summer season. The Canyon Gate pool is a swim at your own risk pool without lifeguards and is open to Canyon Gate residents only. Each pool also has an adjacent kiddie pool and a water play feature for the whole family to enjoy.

Fitness Centers — Westheimer Lakes North Drive and Canyon Gate Section

The community has two fitness centers that have been recently renovated with all new cardio and strength equipment. Each facility boasts three treadmills, crossramp, recumbent bike, leg extension / leg curl machine, glide functional strength trainer, Smith machine and a variety for free equipment. All cardio machines have a state of the art entertainment system that will automatically track resident fitness and will allow residents to log into their own video streaming services including Netflix, Hulu and Amazon Prime.

The fitness centers are open from 5am to 10pm seven days per week and residents must register to access the fitness centers through the biometric scanner. Residents aged 18 and older may use also the fitness center under the direct supervision of a responsible resident. The North fitness center is open to all residents and the Canyon Gate center is open to Canyon Gate residents only. Fitness center safety guidelines are posted adjacent to each entry door.

Clubhouses — Westheimer Lakes North Drive and Canyon Gate Section

If you would like to host a private event, lead a community group, meet friends or find a quiet place to work or read a book, then the community has two clubhouses available to residents. Each clubhouse has a large open room with a variety of movable furniture, a walk-out patio and a fully equipped kitchen.

Individual residents or resident groups are welcome to enjoy the clubhouse during office hours for free when available. Keurig coffee and tea is available all day and the clubhouses have books, boardgames, ample power sockets and free Wi-Fi. The clubhouses can be rented by residents for private events on a first come first serviced basis from 8am to late. Please contact a welcome center for more information.

Sports Park — Canyon Fields Drive

The community has a comprehensive outdoor sports park that is ideal for all ages and skill levels. We have two competition grade tennis courts that can be pre-booked or used on a first come first served basis. We also have a covered basket ball court ideal for pickup games and an open beach volleyball court. Balls and basic equipment can be borrowed for free from the Splashpad welcome center.

The sport park is open from 6:00 am to 10:00 pm seven days per week. General access to the sports park is limited from 6:00 am, but registered residents can gain access through the biometric scanner. All facilities are area lit to allow residents to continue to play into the early evening hours. Play stops at 10:00 pm to allow nearby residents to have peace and quiet at night.

Playparks — Canyon Fields Drive, Westheimer Lakes North Drive, North Lakefair Drive and Canyon Gate

The Westheimer Lakes Board is pleased to announce the addition of a new ADA compliant playpark on North Lakefair Drive in the Canyon Gate section. We now have four playparks located throughout the community including a variety of play structures, toddler swings and adaptive swings. Each playpark has an absorbent play surface for safety and most of the main play structures are covered with solar shades for comfort.

The playparks are open from 6:00 am to 10:00 pm seven days per week. Canyon Gate playpark is open to Canyon Gate residents only.
